Our product are made for the general public, with a special emphasis on free gluten, vegan and organic food consumers.
The soaking and sprouting take place in a room with a permanent temperature of 18 degrees Celsius (64 F). The breads are made of the best possible ingredients: Organic produce, rich Himalayan salt, reverse osmosis purified water with a UV bulb for absolute sterility – and that’s it! Our breads ingredients include quinoa, green buckwheat, millet and legumes (mung bean, red, yellow and green lentils at the moment…) as well as beetroots, carrots, sweet potatoes, Medjool dates, apples and bananas.
All our breads are hand-made – no machines were involved in the making of our breads!
During baking the temperature within the product may be up to 100 degrees Celsius (212 F ). The baking varies according to the Munbatim type, and takes 16-22 minutes. The products are lightly baked to solidify them and keep their sterility.
A single average Munbat weighs 100 grams (3.5 Oz.), with a diameter of 12 cm (4.7 inches), and thickness of about 1 cm (0.39 inches).
You must keep them in the freezer until you consume them.
The expiration date is on the package. It is twelve months from the packaging date.
All our ingredients are sprouted, pre-sprouted and/or soaked. There are many theories regarding the Paleo diet. We believe that our products are perfect for the Paleo Diet.
